Bambu Indah is a boutique hotel in Ubud made up of antique teak homes, treehouses, luxury tents, and Javanese bridal homes. The 25 rooms each have a different layout, and select accommodations have private plunge pools. Air-conditioned beds and filtered drinking water are included in the rooms.

Bambu Indah has two restaurants, including a riverside Warung restaurant serving organic, locally sourced dishes. Dapoer focuses on Indonesian dining true to the roots of the archipelago and pulls from the hotel's organic gardens; the same garden produce served to guests is also served to staff. Guests receive a complimentary breakfast with dietary-restriction options, and the kitchen offers special diet menus, kids' meals, wine, and champagne.

Across the river, the hotel's jungle wellness area has a sauna, a cold plunge, a mud bath, and natural spring-fed pools. Daily yoga sessions are held at a yoga shala above the river, and the spa and wellness center offers massages, foot baths, spa/wellness packages, and yoga classes. The property also has an outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and pool/beach towels.

The hotel's pool is lined with lava stones and uses a vegetation regeneration zone that naturally cleanses, filters, and oxygenates the water without concrete or chemicals. A hospital-standard triple filter water system makes its water safe to drink straight from the tap. The property also maintains organic gardens, runs waste-reduction programs, and uses reclaimed teak and bamboo in its buildings.

Bambu Indah sits above the Ayung River, close to Ubud's cultural center, art markets, and river-rafting routes; rice terraces and local villages are within walking distance.
